More on process

Our process never starts with drawing pretty pixels or doing any prototype work. Instead we follow the Design Thinking methodology and we do it in four phases. It all starts with a Business Diagnosis & Product Audit (phase one) of understanding your business, customers and competition.

Followed by a couple of design workshops helping us establish the foundation of a solid Product UX Strategy (phase two) that includes User Research and a mix of activities such as: value prop design, personas, customer value + journey mapping, assumptions mapping, jobs-to-be-done, how-might-we’s, user stories… and many more — we tailor the phases activities for each project needs.

Only now we are ready to ‘make it real’ and dive into Product Design (phase three), that includes information architecture, user flows, design sprints, low/high fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes.

And as a final fourth phase, we do Product Validation (usability tests, A/B split tests, user surveys) and we iterate and run back & forth between these last two phases (Product Design and Product Validation) until we hit a home run and we are 100% positive the product solution is meaningful and is a perfect representation of what makes customers tick and fall in love with your brand.
